#7. Slow-Cooker Keto Pot Roast
I love a good roast on a Sunday afternoon after church, but times are busier than ever before with the kids growing up and being more involved in activities that require driving them to and from practice, but it was something I missed.

My little boy loves chicken wings, chicken drum sticks, and anything chicken-related, but the same old portion pieces can get a bit boring after a while, a person can only eat so many chicken thighs in a month.

My husband loves this dish because it is so close to the one we used to order when we went to get takeout at our local Chinese restaurant every Friday, except for the fact that they used thick soy and teriyaki sauce (and a touch of plum sauce I have been lead to believe for a subtle touch of sweetness to the overall dish) which are all very high in sugar.
A humble dish with only meat and vegetables seems not substantial enough, but we were quickly proven wrong with that same thinking.

I loved everything about the title of this recipe, and the taste did not disappoint either.
