FAQs

Does milk do in biscuits?

Milk in biscuits adds moisture and richness to the dough, contributing to a tender and slightly softer texture. It also helps bind the ingredients together and aids in browning during baking.

What can you use instead of milk for biscuits?

Instead of milk, you can use alternatives like buttermilk, yogurt, or non-dairy milk (such as almond milk or soy milk) in biscuits to achieve the desired moisture and texture. Just ensure that the substitution maintains the right consistency for the dough.
